ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES

  • What are the arrival and departure times ?

    Arrivals are from 3PM with no time limit. From 8PM, we will place your keys in a secure box and send you the opening codes.

    Departures are possible until 11AM.

  • Is reception open 24 hours a day ?

    Reception is open every day from 8AM to 8PM. If you arrive later, we will place your keys in a secure box and send you the opening codes. A member of staff is on premise 24 hours a day in case of an emergency.

  • Can I arrive earlier or leave later ?

    If you arrive before 3PM, either leave your luggage free of charge at reception or request an Early Check-In (subject to availability and with additional charge).

    Would you like to enjoy your flat for longer ? Then request a Late Check-Out (subject to availability and with additional charge).

  • Do you have luggage storage ?

    We can store your luggage free of charge from check-out until closing time. You can also leave it with us in the morning until your flat is available. We can also store your parcels if you wish to send a parcel before or during your stay.

APARTMENTS

  • Is daily cleaning included ?

    For your convenience, your flat will be cleaned on request, at the latest the day before for the following day, between 9AM and 3.30 PM.

  • Can I smoke in my flat ?

    All our flats are non-smoking and have smoke detectors. Some apartments have balconies or terraces where smoking is permitted. Smoking is not permitted through the classic windows. 

  • I forgot my shampoo. Do you have any essentials ?

    All our apartments welcome you with Galimard brand products (a famous brand from Grasse, the perfume capital and a UNESCO World Heritage site that we encourage you to visit !), including shampoo and shower gel. Dental kits, shaving kits and feminine hygiene products are available on request at the reception.

  • Are your flats heated/air-conditioned ?

    All our flats have individual reversible air-conditioning which will heat or cool the air as you wish.

  • Do I have to clean up when I leave ?

    Cleaning on departure is included, we just ask you to leave the kitchen clean.

  • Do you have apartments with twin beds ?

    All our double beds can be converted into 2 twin beds by prior arrangement with reception.

RESERVATION

  • Is breakfast included in the room rate ?

    If you did not select breakfast at the time of booking, it is available at an additional cost: express, room service or buffet.

  • I have reduced mobility. Do you have PRM rooms ?

    The elevator stops at half-floor level, so you'll need to go up/down 12 steps to reach your apartment. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate wheelchair users.

    Our staff are trained to welcome the visually and hearing impaired ; we also have special equipment : large-digit remote control, illuminated alarm clock, support bar in the bathrooms of some rooms. Contact reception in advance for more information. 

  • Do you accept pets ?

    Our friends the cats and the dogs (-10kg) are welcome for a supplement of 10€ per night. However, we will require a 150€ deposit as security, which will be refunded on departure after the inspection.

    Within the establishment, please ensure that you keep your pet on a lead or in a carrier.

    Under no circumstances may your pets be left unattended in your room.

    If damage is caused by the actions of your pets, the hotel may charge for additional services and repairs.

    We also rely on you to prevent your pets from making excessive noise, being disruptive or aggressive towards other guests.

    Pet bowls are available free of charge on request. 

  • Do I need to bring all the bulky equipment for my baby ?

    For your little ones, baby equipment is available from reception on request, including a booster seat, cot and bath.

    The loan of equipment is free when booked directly with us.

ACCESS

  • As a person with reduced mobility, can I access your Aparthotel?

    Our typical Nice building has a lift located halfway up the floor : you have to climb 12 steps to get there. Thus, our communal areas are not accessible to people with reduced mobility. This is why we do not have any PRM rooms.

  • How to get here from the airport ?

    Tram 2 (direction Port Lympia) exit at Masséna: 30 min - €10 if purchased at the airport, €1.70 otherwise

  • Can I book a shuttle/transfer from the airport ?

    Possibility of booking (in advance): from €50; a private driver will be waiting for you in front of your terminal with a name sign.

  • How do I get there from the station ?

    15 min on foot or 8 min by Tram L1 (direction Hôpital Pasteur): exit at Masséna

  • How do I get there by car ?

    Exit 50 Promenade des Anglais (Nice Centre)

    We are located on a pedestrian street with no direct access by car. We have a partnership with Interparking Grimaldi, a 5-minute walk away.

  • Do you have a car park ?

    Our car park partner Interparking Grimaldi at 11 rue Maccarani (5 min walk from the hotel)

    24h = 26€ instead of 32.20€ : purchase a ticket at reception
